Job Description

We are looking for skilled

CNC/VMC Operators

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and setting CNC/VMC machines, understanding engineering drawings, and maintaining production quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Production, or related field.

0-5 years

of experience in CNC/VMC machine operation (freshers with good technical skills may also apply). Knowledge of

G & M codes, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes

. Ability to use basic

measuring instruments and quality inspection tools

. Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up

CNC/VMC machines

as per production requirements. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications

. Perform

tool setting, offset adjustments, and machine programming (basic editing)

. Monitor machining processes to ensure

precision, accuracy, and surface finish

. Conduct

inspection and measurement

of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc. Ensure proper

maintenance of machines, tools, and workplace safety

. Troubleshoot minor machine/program issues and escalate when required. Maintain

production reports

and follow quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

VNC Machine Operators: 1 year (Preferred) total work: 1 year (Preferred)
