Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate

Vertical Machining Center (VMC)

machines as per production drawings Read and interpret

engineering drawings and CAD blueprints

Perform

machine setup, tool changes, and offsets

Load and unload parts and perform

in-process quality checks

Make basic

G-code and M-code programming

changes if required Maintain machines and

ensure proper lubrication and calibration

Maintain documentation of jobs completed, cycle times, and inspections Ensure

adherence to safety standards

and quality guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma

in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machining Trade 1-5 years of experience in

VMC operation/programming

Familiarity with

Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls

(as applicable) Basic knowledge of

tools, cutters, and gauges

Ability to use

measuring instruments

(Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Basic knowledge of

CNC programming/editing

is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
