Job Title:

VMC Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:

Read and understand mechanical drawings and job sheets Set tools and fixtures on the VMC machine correctly Operate VMC machine to produce precision parts Load and unload workpieces safely and efficiently Check part dimensions using Vernier, micrometer, and other measuring tools Make necessary offset and parameter adjustments Maintain accuracy and surface finish of machined components Record daily production and inspection reports Report tool wear or machine issues to the supervisor Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the workstation Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a VMC Operator Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Basic knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens controls (preferred) Good understanding of measuring instruments Willing to work in rotational shifts
