We are seeking a skilled and experienced

VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC vertical machining centers, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate VMC machines as per job requirements Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications Maintain equipment and follow safety and maintenance protocols Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues Record production data and maintain job documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience operating VMC/CNC machines Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., vernier, micrometer) Basic understanding of G-code and CNC program functions Strong attention to detail and quality Knowledge of safety practices in a machining environment Minimum [Insert Education Level - e.g., ITI/Diploma] in Mechanical or related field

Preferred Skills:

Experience with multiple axis machines Knowledge of CAM software (optional)
