Job Description

Operate and monitor VMC machines as per production schedule. Perform basic setting of tools and offsets. Carry out basic programming and edits based on job requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs. Qualification: Any degree

Minimum 1 year of experience in operating VMC machines with basic setting and programming.

Inspect work pieces using measuring tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. Ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy of machined components. Maintain daily production logs and report any machine issues. Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area. Ability to perform basic G-code edits and offsets. Familiarity with engineering drawings and measurement instruments. Understanding of machine maintenance and safety protocols.
