Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate VMC machines as per process plans and drawings. Prepare tools, fixtures, and machine offsets before production. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment of workpieces. Perform tool changes and adjust offsets during machining. Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy. Monitor machine operations and make necessary parameter adjustments. Maintain production logs, job cards, and inspection reports. Perform daily machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance. Identify and report any machine faults or deviations to the supervisor. Follow safety and quality standards throughout the machining process.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Good knowledge of

VMC machine operation and setting.

Ability to

read and interpret engineering drawings

and

measurement instruments

(Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.). Familiar with

Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi

controller programming basics. Understanding of

tooling, jigs, and fixtures.

Basic knowledge of

CNC programming (G & M codes)

preferred. Strong focus on

quality and precision.

Willingness to work in shifts and under production targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
