Job Description

Position: VMC Setter Operator.

Qualification: ITI/Diploma/BE (Mechanical/CAD-CAM/Production Engineering)

Ahmedabad Candidate will be preferred.

The candidate must be ready for 12-hour shift and rotational shift

Reporting To:

Supervisor/Operation Manager.

We are looking for

a VMC setter operator

with the following capabilities.

? Proven experience as

a VMC operator.

? Experience on controls like

HAAS, Mitsubishi, and Fanuc.

? Knowledge of

Cutting Tools

and

Cutting Parameters.

? Knowledge of

G Code - M Code.

? Expertise in operating

VMC machine and tooling

as well as precision measurement tools

? Prepare daily

production report.

? Ability to read and understand

engineering drawings.

? Coordinate with the QC team and ensure

the quality of parts

.

? Mechanical engineering skill and good

mathematical skill.

? Ability to give training to

trainee operators.

Good communication

abilities.

Ahmedabad Candidate will be preferred.
