Position Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented VMC Machine Operator to join our

pharmaceutical engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC

machines to produce high-precision components used in pharmaceutical processing

equipment, ensuring all manufacturing processes meet strict quality, safety, and

regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

? Operate VMC machines to manufacture components for pharmaceutical-grade

machinery.

? Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

? Set up machines with the correct tooling, fixtures, and materials (e.g. Machine

name).

? Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.

? Ensure surface finishes, tolerances, and part dimensions meet pharmaceutical-grade

standards.

? Maintain accurate records, logs, and inspection documentation as per standard

requirements.

? Follow SOPs and cleanroom protocols when operating in controlled environments.

? Perform basic machine maintenance and ensure workplace cleanliness and safety.

? Collaborate with engineers, QA/QC, and assembly teams to meet production targets

and quality standards.

Experience

? Minimum 3 years of Experience in CNC programming and machine operation in

in pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing or other regulated industries.

? Candidates with background in relevant Industrial/production experience will be

given preference.

Skills / Competencies

? Proficiency in CNC operation (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, or similar controls)

? Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and tolerances (GD&T)

? Familiarity with pharmaceutical-grade material handling and finishing

? Knowledge of cleanroom practices, and SOP compliance is a strong plus

? Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

? Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
