Job Title: VMC Operator (Machine Shop)

Location: Sanaswadi, Pune

Experience: 0-1 Year

Job Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines for machining components as per production plan

Perform basic machine setup, tool setting, and job loading/unloading

Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions

Measure and inspect parts using vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.

Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards

Carry out basic machine maintenance and daily checklist activities

Maintain proper production records and follow SOPs

Adhere to safety rules and shop-floor discipline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI (Fitter / Machinist / Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical

Basic knowledge of VMC operations and cutting tools

Understanding of machining processes and tolerances

Willingness to learn, flexible, and team-oriented

Freshers with relevant training or apprenticeship can apply

Working Conditions:

Machine shop environment

Shift work as per production requirements
