We are looking for a skilled

VMC Operator

to operate and maintain Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. The candidate should ensure accurate machining as per drawings and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate VMC machines for machining components as per job requirements Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions Perform basic machine setting, tool offset, and zero setting Measure components using vernier, micrometer, and other gauges Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish Carry out basic machine maintenance and housekeeping Follow safety and quality standards at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade 0-3 years of experience as a VMC Operator Knowledge of VMC operations and tooling Basic understanding of CNC programs (preferred) Ability to use measuring instruments Willingness to work in shifts
