Job Description

We are looking for a skilled

VMC Operator

to set up, operate, and maintain Vertical Machining Center machines to produce high-precision components. The role involves interpreting technical drawings, ensuring machining accuracy, and maintaining production quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up VMC machines according to job specifications. Operate and monitor machining processes to ensure proper cutting, speed, and feed. Load, adjust, and replace tools as required. Interpret engineering drawings, 2D/3D models, and job instructions. Perform basic CNC programming or editing of G-code (if applicable). Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools. Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance. Identify machining issues and report deviations immediately. Follow production schedules and maintain documentation. Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machining, Fitter, or related field. 1-5 years of experience operating VMC or CNC milling machines. Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or similar control systems. Please Share Your Resume 9923137596, 9284534178.
