About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented VMC Operator to join our Tool Room team. The selected candidate will handle machining, die maintenance, and precision component manufacturing using VMC machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up VMC machines as per job requirements Work on tool room components, jigs, fixtures, and dies Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models Select appropriate tools and offsets for machining operations Edit programs (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi) if required Inspect components using precision instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety and 5S standards Support tool and die modification or maintenance activities

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with VMC machine operations Basic CNC programming knowledge Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T Knowledge of tool steels, cutters, and machining parameters.
