Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) as per job specifications. Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine. Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files (AutoCAD/SolidWorks). Perform basic programming or editing on Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controllers. Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge). Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Collaborate with the production and quality teams for smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Machinist, or Tool & Die Making. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools. Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC programming is a plus. Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls preferred. Willingness to work in shifts.
