We are seeking a skilled Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring quality production while adhering to safety standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet production goals.
Duties
1) To execute plan given by his Head
2) Allocate man power as per shift schedule
3) Selecting appropriate cutting tools,holders and job for the machining operation and setting them up correcty in the machine.
4) Modifying CNC Programs to ensure accurate and efficient machining process.
5) Provide training , instructions to his team to make work on time
6) Inspecting machined jobs using measuring instrument to verify dimensions according to specifications.
7) To check Raw material before giving for machining
8) Performing routine maintenance task on the vmc machine and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
9) Follow safety procedures to maaintain a safe working environment for oneself and others in the tool room.8) Contributing ideas and suggestions for process improvements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
Work Location: In person
