We're Hiring - VMC Cum Setter Operator

Aerospace Manufacturing Company - Peenya, Bangalore

Experience:

1 to 5 Years

- VMC Cum Setter OperatorResponsibilities:

Operate and set up

VMC machines

based on production requirements Perform

fixture setup, tool selection, offsets, and program loading

Prepare machines for production by setting parameters and verifying first-piece accuracy Read and interpret

engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and machining tolerances

Ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Monitor machining operations and adjust settings for optimal performance Perform basic troubleshooting and reduce machine downtime Maintain production logs and follow safety & quality standards Coordinate with quality and production teams for smooth workflow

Requirements:

1-5 years

experience in VMC operation & setting Strong knowledge of

cutting tools, machining parameters, and offsets

Ability to independently set machines and deliver first-piece approval Hands-on experience with

Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi

controls (any one)

Diploma / ITI (Mechanical or relevant trade)

preferred Good understanding of quality inspection tools & machining processes
