Job Summary

:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our team in Avalahalli, KR Puram. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in VMC operations and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The role demands high precision and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output in machining components.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate and maintain VMC machines in accordance with safety and quality standards. Set up machines for production runs, including tool changes, fixture installation, and programming adjustments. Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and ensure they meet required specifications. Perform routine maintenance and basic machine troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Work closely with team leaders and other operators to meet production targets and deadlines. Adhere to safety standards and operational protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

:

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a VMC Operator. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of VMC machine setup, operation, and basic programming. Ability to perform quality checks using standard measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Technical diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience with VMC / CNC programming (optional but preferred).

Working Hours

:

Full-time Shift-based depending on production requirements

Pay: ₹8,478.49 - ₹30,465.16 per month
