We are looking for

experienced and skilled VMC Operators / CNC Milling Machine Operators

for our growing aerospace manufacturing unit. This is a

critical role

for precision machining of aerospace components. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both

operating and setting VMC or CNC Milling machines

.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up

VMC (Vertical Machining Center)

or

CNC Milling Machines

Interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and job instructions

Select and load appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials Conduct

machine setup and calibration

as per specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure

precision and quality

Perform

in-process inspection

using measuring tools (Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.) Handle minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure adherence to

safety protocols and quality standards

Record production logs and inspection reports Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet daily targets

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum

1 year

of experience operating and setting

VMC or CNC Milling Machines

Must have experience in

precision component machining

Knowledge of

tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters

Ability to read

engineering drawings and G&M codes

Familiar with

basic quality inspection tools and procedures

Good understanding of

machine maintenance and safety standards

Prior experience in

aerospace component machining

is a plus

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Machinist or relevant trade Candidates with

experience in aerospace or precision engineering

will be preferred
