VMC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

VMC Operator

with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in operating Vertical Machining Centers. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading and understanding technical drawings, setting up machines, and ensuring accurate machining of components as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and set up VMC machines independently. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Select and load appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining tasks. Ensure precision and accuracy in machining parts according to tolerances. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Maintain records of work completed and follow production schedules. Troubleshoot minor issues with machine operations. Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience operating VMC machines. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling. Ability to use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc. Knowledge of basic programming or editing G-code is a plus. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
