The VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator is responsible for operating CNC-controlled machining equipment to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The role involves machine setup, tool changes, measurement, troubleshooting, and maintaining production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operate VMC machines to manufacture precision parts as per drawings and specifications.
Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine.
Load programs into the machine and make minor offsets or adjustments when required.
1-5 years of experience operating VMC machines.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and materials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
