Job Overview
We are looking to hire a skilled VMC (Vertical Machining Center) Operator to join our team. As a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the VMC machine to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate VMC machine according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the VMC machine
- Check finished parts for conformance to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
- Proven experience as a VMC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in operating and maintaining VMC machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures
