Role:

Operate and set u

p Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)

to produce precision components.

Experience Required:

3-8 years in VMC machine operation and setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine setup, operation, and basic VMC programming. Tool selection, calibration, and optimization of machining parameters. Quality inspection using instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines. Meeting production targets while following safety standards.

Skills Needed:

Strong knowledge of VMC/CNC programming and tool room practices. Ability to read engineering drawings and maintain tolerances. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related field.

Salary Range:

?25,000-?40,000 per month ( depending on company and expertise).
