Preferred Expertise:

MITSUBISHI or SIEMENS Controller

Duty Hours:

Fixed 8-Hour Shift

Reporting To:

Production Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities

1.

Job Setup & Tooling

Assist in CNC program setup, fixture installation, and tool changes under minimal supervision.

2.

VMC Machine Operation

Operate Vertical Machining Centers with focus on maintaining quality and production targets during shifts.

3.

Basic Drawing Interpretation

Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances to execute machining tasks accurately.

4.

Quality Checks

Perform part inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other basic measuring instruments.

5.

Shift Report Submission

Record production output and report shift activity to the Production Supervisor daily.

6.

Routine Maintenance Support

Maintain machine cleanliness and report issues needing maintenance attention.

7.

Safety & Shop Discipline

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain orderly work habits on the shop floor.
