Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and manufacturing processes, with experience in operating various milling machines and related equipment. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to understand project requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in production. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure efficient workflow and quality control. Handle materials safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading materials using forklifts. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Participate in quality control inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing facility with a focus on machining or fabrication processes. Familiarity with CNC programming, including Fanuc controls and CAM programming. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. Proficiency in operating various machines such as flexo presses, stamping presses, CNC lathes, press brake machines, and CNC milling machines. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks. Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability. Previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous. Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production needs. Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per month
