We are looking for

A 5-axis VMC Machine Programmer with Software programming and operation.

Education -

ITI/BE - Electrical/Mechanical/ or Similar

Experience -

4-5 Years VMC upto 5 axis machine programming CAM/CAD Software

Operation.
Salary -

Rs. 40,000/- to 80,000/- Gross Per Month, no bar for right candidate.

Candidate must be skilled professional who knows how to operates and programs VMC machines that have five axes of movement, enabling complex machining operations in a single setup.
Creating and optimizing tool paths for 5-axis VMC machines using CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.
Setting up the machine with appropriate tools, fixtures, and work pieces, ensuring accuracy and proper alignment.
Running the programmed VMC machine, monitoring its performance, and making adjustments as needed.
Inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Skills and Required Knowledge:

VMC Programming: Proficiency in programming languages like G-code and experience with CAM software.
Machine Operation: Familiarity with VMC machines and their controls.
Tooling Knowledge: Understanding of different cutting tools and their applications in 5-axis machining.
Quality Control: Ability to inspect parts and identify defects.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments.
