Job Description

VMC Operator

with

1 - 5years of experience

to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have completed

ITI, DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering), or BE (Mechanical or related field)

and possess hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

VMC/CNC machines

as per production requirements and job drawings.

Perform

tool setting, tool offset, and work offset

accurately to ensure dimensional precision.

Read and interpret

engineering drawings and process sheets

.

Conduct

in-process and final inspections

using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

Ensure adherence to

quality standards

and minimize rejections and rework.

Carry out basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting.

Maintain production records and follow safety guidelines on the shop floor.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of

CNC/VMC machine operations

.

Good understanding of

tool offset, inspection methods, and machining processes

.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
