Job Summary/ Role:

This position is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC / VMC machine. Also perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC / VMC machinery. Use specialized instruments to ensure quality requirements.

Core Responsibilities

Fill up and verify machine checklist Verify stations for last batch production and fill up Line clearance documents. Check material availability as per production plan on station with required documents. Start operation after verifying machine program, offset, last part produce dimension reports. Loading part into machine for machining as per set program. Make ready First piece approval inspection report. Make entry in batch card for operation finished part. Performing routine inspection of processed part and 100 % visual check. Meet production output as per target. Understanding specifications of the tasks at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawing. Maintain Batch manufacturing record. Handover production status to reliever. Preparing backup Tools for machine Loading. Maintain a record of Tools consumption and Daily production. Maintain 5S in the workplace. Maintain good manufacturing practice.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
