To Produces machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies. Capable to do the programming of Operating with three axis machines (X, Y, Z) Make programs

by master CAM Or any other software

Fanuc & Siemens

controls. Required sufficient knowledge of VMC Machines (3-axis & 4-Axis). Able to do trouble shooting of VMC machines for the daily base minor issues. To translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function To measure each large and small component to ensure they will fit together properly in the final design Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly To identify potential problems by understanding machine specifications and drawings before the production process To manufacture metal components and assemble them to construct tools, industrial machinery, and machine components Able to maintain safe operation of the machines without any damage to machines.
