Job Title:

VNC Machine Operator / Engineer (with ART COM Knowledge)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

VNC Machine Engineer

with strong knowledge of

ART COM systems (Automation & Communication technologies)

. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining remote machine access using

VNC (Virtual Network Computing)

, managing industrial or process control systems remotely, and ensuring reliable communication between local and remote systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, monitor, and maintain

VNC machines

for remote operations and control. Ensure secure and efficient

remote desktop connectivity

for industrial and automation systems. Troubleshoot issues related to

VNC performance, network latency, or remote communication

. Integrate VNC systems with

ART COM (Automation & Communication)

platforms for seamless data exchange. Support

remote diagnostics and control

of industrial machines and equipment. Collaborate with automation and IT teams to ensure system reliability and data security. Maintain

documentation

for network configurations, machine access protocols, and system updates. Provide

technical training

to team members on VNC and remote communication tools. Implement

safety and security best practices

for remote machine operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Electronics, Computer Engineering, Automation, or related field

. Hands-on experience with

VNC setup, remote desktop tools, and network configurations

. Good understanding of

ART COM systems

-- automation communication protocols such as Modbus, CAN, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP. Basic to advanced

network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls)

. Familiarity with

industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA)

is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and support multiple systems remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

remote monitoring of production or industrial machines

. Knowledge of

machine-to-machine communication (M2M)

and

IoT integration

. Understanding of

cybersecurity practices

in automation networks. Certifications in

Networking (CompTIA, Cisco)

or

Automation (Siemens, Allen-Bradley)

are a plus
