Job Description

VMC Machine Operator

is responsible for running a Vertical Machining Center to produce accurate metal parts. The operator sets the job, loads tools, checks measurements, and ensures the machine works smoothly.

Minimum 1 or 2 years Experiences Candidates Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor VMC machines. Load raw materials and set the job correctly. Set tools and check tool offsets. Read and understand engineering drawings. Check dimensions using measuring instruments (like vernier caliper, micrometer). Make minor adjustments to improve quality. Follow safety rules while working on the machine. Maintain machine cleanliness and basic maintenance. Report issues to the supervisor Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC operation. Ability to read technical drawings. Understanding of measuring tools. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving skills

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field (preferred).

Experience in VMC operating is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
