Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Operate and set up

Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)

including

Haas, Fanuc, Mitsubishi

controllers and

VF-2 machines

. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and machining instructions. Perform

tool changes

, offsets, and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and precision of components. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments like

Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge

. Maintain production logs and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

2-5 years

experience operating VMC machines. Hands-on experience with

Haas, Fanuc, Mitsubishi controllers

. Ability to work with

G-code programming

and basic CNC troubleshooting. Knowledge of

cutting tools, feeds, and speeds

for different materials. Strong understanding of

quality control

and

ISO standards

.

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
