Job Summary

We are looking for skilled

VMC/CNC Machine Operators

with strong experience in operating and setting CNC/VMC machines (Fanuc control). The ideal candidate should be capable of reading 2D engineering drawings, interpreting GD&T, and producing high-precision components within micron-level tolerance.

Key Responsibilities

Read and understand

2D engineering drawings

and job specifications clearly. Set up and operate

VMC machines

efficiently and independently. Hands-on experience with

Fanuc control systems

. Apply strong

GD&T knowledge

while machining components. Work with tight tolerances in the range of

5 to 10 microns

. Perform

work offset

using dial indicator or edge finder. Take

tool offset using presetters

(training will be provided). Carry out

2D programming

, and knowledge of 3D programming is an added advantage. Understand and use

D-value (diameter compensation)

. Use precision measuring instruments such as: Vernier caliper Micrometer Bore gauge Height gauge Pin gauge Slip gauge Good working knowledge of

G-codes and M-codes

. Edit machining programs as required to ensure part quality and productivity. Perform

basic maintenance

of VMC machines. Ensure completion of required documentation such as: Daily production log sheet Stage inspection sheet

Requirements

Proven experience in VMC/CNC machine setting and operating. Strong knowledge of precision machining and measurement tools. Ability to work independently with high attention to detail. Willingness to follow quality and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
