Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate
VMC and CNC machines
Develop and edit programs using
G-code / M-code
Read and interpret
engineering drawings and blueprints
Select appropriate
tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters
Perform
job setup, tool offsets, and trial runs
Ensure components meet
quality and dimensional standards
Inspect parts using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.)
Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Follow safety rules and company procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Mechanical or related field
Experience with
VMC / CNC lathe machines
Strong understanding of machining processes and materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
