Vmc & Cnc Programmer And Operator
Job Description
1) Create CNC/VMC programs and operate CNC machine - LMW CNC Lathe and VMC Machine - BFW.2) Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.3) Loading raw materials into the CNC /VMC machine.4) Inputting the product design into the computer modeling software.5) Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.6) Adjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications.7) Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.8) Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.9) Cleaning and maintaining the machine.Qualifications:1) Should have a Diploma or equivalent certificate.2) 5+ years of experience in CNC/VMC programming.3) Experience in operating FANUC controller.4) Experience in MasterCAM or SolidCAM.5) Experience in Die & Mould and fixtures.
6) Good communication skills, both written and oral.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per monthJadwal:
