About the Role
We're looking for a
Vendor Manager Intern/Fresher
to support vendor outreach, communication, and database operations under the guidance of our Senior Vendor Manager. This role is ideal for someone eager to start their career in
Translation & Localization
while gaining hands-on experience in vendor coordination and project support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with translators, proofreaders, and localization specialists.
Assist in vendor communication and relationship management.
Maintain and update vendor details in internal databases.
Support vendor assignments based on project requirements.
Assist the Senior Vendor Manager with performance tracking and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Basic understanding of translation/localization processes (a plus).
