Job Title: VJ cum Program Producer - Reflect Money (YouTube Channel)

Job Overview:

--->We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Video Jockey cum Program Producer to lead, host, and produce engaging content for our Reflect Money channel.
--->This role requires someone who is creative, spontaneous, and has a deep interest in personal finance, business trends, money management, and economic affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

--->Host and anchor finance-based interviews, shows, and interactive segments in an engaging and informative manner.

--->Bring in fresh, innovative ideas to keep the show format relevant, updated, and appealing to a diverse online audience.

--->Constantly monitor industry trends to create timely and relatable content around finance, investments, savings, entrepreneurship, and money hacks.

--->Collaborate with the editorial and research teams to identify trending topics and potential interview guests.

--->Plan and produce episodes from scripting to execution, ensuring content quality, clarity, and viewer engagement.

--->Take ownership of show performance and strive to increase viewership, retention, and engagement through creative strategies.

Requirements:

--->Strong on-camera presence with excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred).

--->Basic to moderate knowledge in finance, economics, or personal money management.

--->Experience in hosting or producing shows (YouTube, TV, or digital).

--->Self-motivated, with a passion for experimenting with formats and content.

--->Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital media environment
