Developing and implementing sales strategies: Should be able to analyse market trends to develop sales strategies that will increase revenue and market share in the assigned area
Meeting sales targets: Should be able to meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales enablers and identifying new business opportunities.
Building and maintaining relationships: Should be able to build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the sales process.
Managing the sales promoters:
Recruitment of VBA, VSO and Flexi promoters etc.
Setting Monthly Sales Targets and monitoring their performance
Provide proper guidance, training and timely assessments
Ensure productivity, grooming standards and product knowledge as per the standard set by company
Reporting and analysing sales data: Should be able to collect and analyse sales data including competition brand to identify areas for improvement and make decisions accordingly by consulting with Reporting Manager.
Identifying new market opportunities: Should be able to identify new market opportunities (like WOD addition) by 'Go to the Market' Activity and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Maintaining knowledge of products and industry: Should be able to maintain knowledge of products and industry trends to effectively sell and promote them and also collect retailer feedback and market research, keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Marketing Activities Co-ordination: Responsible for the implementation of branding and visual merchandising materials in your assigned area and be the custodian of company assets deployed in the respective market.
