The Vitality Business Coach plays a key role in guiding clients through their health transformation journey by offering lifestyle-based advice, maintaining continuous engagement, and supporting them in overcoming chronic health conditions such as obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. This role blends client coaching, relationship management, and administrative record-keeping to ensure a holistic and personalized client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Conversion
Engage with potential leads and convert them into active clients
Conduct cold calls and maintain logs of all outreach activities
Lifestyle Coaching
Offer personalized lifestyle advice and support to clients undergoing a 6-month or 12-month health transformation program
Conduct regular virtual consultations (audio/video) and follow-ups with clients
Client Support & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their journey
Motivate and monitor client adherence to prescribed lifestyle changes
Documentation & Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of:
Client history, lab test results, prescriptions
Lifestyle modification plans and progress reports (daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
All coaching and consultation activities
Collaboration & Continuous Learning
Coordinate with the clinical and research team to ensure integrated care
Stay updated with current practices in lifestyle medicine and coaching strategies
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Nursing, Nutrition, Paramedical Sciences, or Allied Health Sciences
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge - MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Forms
Domain Knowledge: Understanding of lifestyle disorders and interest in preventive health and wellness
