Key Responsibilities:
Generate creative ideas and translate them into visually appealing designs.
Interpret client briefs and develop design concepts that meet client objectives.
Execute design projects across multiple mediums, ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to deadlines.
Guide and mentor other designers to maintain best practices and uphold creative standards.
Collaborate effectively with the creative team and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts (BFA/Commercial Arts/Fine Arts) or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a creative agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDraw.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong presentation and layout skills with a diverse design portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills.
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
