Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Visualize and conceptualize creative ideas for eLearning modules, presentations, marketing creatives, and digital learning content. Develop storyboards, mood boards, wireframes, and visual concepts based on project briefs. Design clean and professional graphics, layouts, illustrations, icons, and UI screens. Work with Instructional Designers to convert content into engaging visual formats. Produce high-quality creatives aligned with brand guidelines. Manage multiple design assignments with timely delivery. Stay updated on design trends, visualization techniques, and new creative tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles

. Ability to visualize concepts from scratch--mood boards, sketches, rough layouts. Experience creating digital assets for websites, eLearning, social media, and presentations. Creative problem-solving and strong visualization skills. Excellent attention to detail and time management. Ability to interpret briefs and present creative ideas clearly.

Preferred Experience

Experience in

eLearning, EdTech, media, or creative agencies

. Exposure to designing visuals for learning modules, infographics, slide decks, and interactive content.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
