Creative Execution: Produce high-quality creative work that meets or exceeds expectations for design, detail, and brand alignment.
Team Collaboration: Brainstorm and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to generate innovative ideas.
Concept Development: Partner with copywriters to develop cohesive and effective campaign concepts.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and strategy.
Multi-Channel Creativity: Develop creative ideas that work across various media channels including digital, print, social media, and new media.
Brief Interpretation: Demonstrate understanding of creative briefs and create relevant, targeted visuals for the intended audience.
Skills & Tools:
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW
Strong sense of design, typography, and layout
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
Understanding of current design trends and digital platforms
