Tone of Voice & Brand Communication

Establish brand voice guidelines that communicate authenticity, innovation,and ethical luxury while remaining approachable and educational

Develop tone of voice frameworks that adapt across different audiences - from environmentally conscious millennials to luxury seekers to tech-forward consumers

Create messaging hierarchies that prioritize transparency about the lab-grown process while emphasizing emotional connections and lifestyle aspirations

Craft brand language that differentiates lab-grown diamonds from traditional alternatives without disparaging natural diamonds


Creative Route & Campaign Development

Conceptualize integrated creative campaigns that span digital, social media,influencer partnerships, and traditional luxury marketing channels

Develop content strategies that educate consumers about lab-grown diamond benefits while maintaining luxury brand positioning

Create immersive brand experiences through visual storytelling that makes the scientific process accessible and aspirational

Collaboration & Implementation

Work closely with marketing teams to ensure visual concepts align withbusiness objectives and market positioning

Partner with photographers and content creators to execute visual concepts that maintain brand standards while pushing creative boundaries

Collaborate with product development teams to integrate brand storytelling into jewelry design and packaging experiences

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related creative field



3-5 years of experience in brand visualization, creative direction, or visual storytelling, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry industry Portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand narrative development, visual identity creation, and multi-channel creative campaigns
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign, After Effects)

Experience with digital visualization tools and 3D rendering softwarepreferred

Understanding of social media platforms and their unique visualrequirements, particularly Instagram and Pinterest

Knowledge of brand guidelines development and style guide creation


Creative & Strategic Abilities

Exceptional visual storytelling skills with ability to translate complex conceptsinto engaging narratives

Strong understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and premium market positioning

Ability to balance artistic vision with commercial objectives and market research insights

Experience in developing cohesive brand experiences across multiple touchpoints and media formats


Industry Knowledge

Understanding of jewelry and diamond industry dynamics, particularly theemerging lab-grown segment
