We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser for our textile shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining attractive product displays that highlight our fabric collections, garments, and home textile products to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute appealing visual displays for fabrics, dress materials, sarees, home textiles, and seasonal collections.
Arrange products in a neat, creative, and customer-friendly manner to enhance visibility and promote sales.
Develop window displays and in-store layouts aligned with brand standards.
Coordinate with store management and sales teams to plan promotional themes and new arrivals displays.
Monitor inventory levels for display products and ensure displays are always stocked and well-maintained.
Conduct regular checks to ensure displays remain tidy, updated, and in perfect condition.
Stay updated on textile trends, colour themes, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in a textile or retail clothing environment.
Strong sense of creativity, colour coordination, and fabric presentation.
Good understanding of retail customer behaviour.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Basic design or display planning skills (preferred).
