Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser for our footwear retail stores. The role involves planning and implementing attractive displays, window setups, and in-store layouts that align with brand identity, boost foot traffic, and drive sales. You will work closely with store managers and marketing teams to ensure all visual merchandising efforts are compelling, on-brand, and seasonal.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Presentation:

Design and implement attractive, functional, and brand-aligned displays for footwear products (shoes, sandals, boots, etc.) in-store and in windows.

Store Layout Optimization:

Plan and adjust floor layouts to improve product visibility and customer flow.

Theme & Promotion Execution:

Set up seasonal themes, festive promotions, and launch campaigns, ensuring display alignment across multiple store locations (if applicable).

Inventory Coordination:

Collaborate with stock teams to ensure availability of sizes and styles on display; rotate products based on stock movement and seasons.

Brand Standards:

Maintain visual consistency as per brand guidelines in color schemes, signage, lighting, and props.

Trend Awareness:

Stay updated on industry trends in fashion and footwear to apply fresh and attractive concepts.

Reporting:

Provide feedback and weekly/monthly reports on display performance, customer interaction, and sales impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in visual merchandising (preferably in fashion/footwear). Strong sense of style, color coordination, and design. Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer behavior. Good understanding of retail space planning. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.) is a plus.

Work Environment:

Frequent travel between stores (if multi-location). Flexible work hours, especially during seasonal setups or product launches. Physical work including lifting display materials and arranging store setups.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
