Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across stores
Design and execute window displays, mannequins, and in-store layouts as per brand guidelines
Ensure store displays align with seasonal themes, promotions, and campaigns
Coordinate with store operations, merchandising, and marketing teams
Monitor product placement, color stories, and styling to maximize sell-through
Train store staff on VM guidelines and display maintenance
Conduct store visits and audits to ensure VM compliance
Analyze sales performance vs display effectiveness and suggest improvements
Manage visual props, signage, and fixtures
Ensure clean, organized, and customer-friendly store presentation
