Key responsibilities

Display design and setup:

Create and assemble visually appealing displays for windows, walkways, and display counters, using textiles, accessories, props, and mannequins.

Layout planning:

Design and implement showroom layouts and floor plans to optimize space, flow, and product presentation.

Product and trend management:

Keep displays fresh and relevant by planning and executing seasonal updates and new product launches. Stay current with industry trends to create modern and appealing displays.

Inventory and maintenance:

Manage and maintain inventory of props, display materials, and other visual assets.
Skills and qualifications

Creativity and design skills:

A strong sense of color, composition, and aesthetics is essential.

Commercial awareness:

Understanding how visual merchandising impacts sales and how to create displays that are both aesthetically pleasing and commercially effective.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed to present ideas to stakeholders and train staff.

Physical ability:

The role may require physical work, including setting up displays in potentially cramped or physically demanding environments.
