Job Title: Merchandiser

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.

Plan, monitor, and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status.

Maintain and update product data, including pricing, specifications, and availability.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align merchandising strategies with business goals.

Analyze sales trends and suggest product assortment improvements.

Ensure compliance with company standards for product display and shelf presentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Fashion, or related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or inventory management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
