Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and execute visual displays as per brand guidelines. Design window and in-store layouts to attract customer attention. Maintain brand consistency across all stores. Coordinate with marketing and retail teams for promotional setups. Develop planograms and visual display standards. Analyze market trends and competitor displays for new ideas. Ensure proper product placement to drive sales. Train and guide store staff on visual standards. Supervise visual setups during store openings or refurbishments. Monitor display effectiveness and prepare performance reports. Maintain a visual archive for reference and audits. Manage visual merchandising materials and inventory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
