Job Description

A Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating and maintaining attractive store displays to enhance the shopping experience, draw customer attention, and increase sales. Their duties include researching current market and design trends, developing visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand and target audience, and designing window and in-store product displays. They produce sketches or mock-ups, create floor plans, source materials and props, and implement the displays themselves or oversee teams doing so. They continuously update displays to reflect new product launches, seasonal themes, and promotions. They also coordinate with marketing, retail management, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure consistency and brand alignment across store locations.

Skills needed include creativity, trend analysis, design software proficiency, budgeting, and strong communication. The role often requires flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends, to adapt displays during non-business hours.

Pay: ₹12,024.32 - ₹34,957.20 per month
