Job Description

:

Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts for showroom displays, window decor, and product arrangements. Ensure showroom aesthetics align with the brand's premium and luxury identity. Create seasonal themes, layouts, and storytelling displays that engage and inspire customers. Curate and select products thoughtfully for display to highlight design stories, key collections, and customer appeal. Work closely with sales and design teams to highlight key collections, new arrivals, and promotions. Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively. Monitor and analyze customer response to layouts and displays to optimize product visibility and sales. Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and installers for props, signage, lighting, and decor setups. Stay updated with luxury retail trends, design innovations, and competitor displays. Prepare display guidelines, mood boards, and planograms for management approval. Manage showroom styling for photoshoots, events, and client walkthroughs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 2 + years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in luxury furniture, decor, lifestyle, or fashion retail. Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, space management, and attention to detail. Excellent creativity, trend awareness, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills.
