Key Responsibilities

Design and Layout:

Create attractive window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional displays to enhance aesthetic appeal and guide customer flow.

Merchandise Placement:

Select and arrange merchandise in an ideal position to encourage sales and highlight featured products.

Visuals and Signage:

Design and install compelling signage, use appropriate lighting, and add decorative elements to draw attention.

Brand Alignment:

Ensure all visual displays align with the company's brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and overall brand image.

Trend Awareness:

Stay informed on current trends in design, visual merchandising, and retail to keep displays fresh and appealing.

Team Collaboration:

Work with marketing teams, suppliers, and store staff to execute merchandising plans effectively.

Budget Management:

Manage the budget allocated for display materials, equipment, and other visual merchandising needs.
